Here's mine. Not perfect but does the job.

Find Corpus missions with those big-ass suicidal ospreys with too much health. Kill them before they kill themselves. Run some defense or some other high-enemy-density missions there.

Farm capture missions, since they last forever and constantly spawn enemies. Kill a lot of oxium ospreys and try to run a frame that increases drops. Bring a kavat if you have one.

remember when DE had a excellent plot line for the operators as the real frail point of the warframes that could act as a dramatic source of weak point to the warframe itself, thus breaking the norm of warframes being the be all end all of the universe?

When was that? Partway through the very first operator quest, before you used your laserhands to destroy every sentient in your path while still being basically crippled because you just woke up?

Operators would be way better if the Warframes were like their stands and have sentience and independence from the Tenno but were contracted by some higher force/faction to protect each specific Tenno. They said back in the day that they had designs for each operator based on the frame even. Operators should have been individuals with stories and characteristics instead of just a typical MMO create your own thing.
