altered. When they use their powers their
hair and eyes change color.

K' doesn't have full control of Kyo's flames and his powers are basically always active
hence his hair constantly being white and
relies heavily on the glove.

Kyo clones aren't tanned. Its only Kusanagi and in canon he was created through Chizuru's Yata Mirror in 2003.

They aren't the same tone as Kusanagi, but they seem to have a darker skin tone than Kyo at least.

As for K', I'm not sure, but in his flashbacks with Whip didn't him appear to have dark skin?
