It isn't a "LEC plugin" though. It's literally a stripped down (read only but otherwise fully functional) version of LEC bundled with TA for the convenience.
It doesn't include Jparser because it's constantly updated, so add edict download link while you're at it since MeCab that provides largely the same functionality is not updated and sometimes one of them parses the sentence correctly while the other one doesn't.

Also, TA and that bundle in particular work in Windows XP VM

I was just about to remake it with jparser preinstalled anyway so I'll fix that when I update the link. I said plugin because it's in the plugin folder, but if that's not correct then I'll change it.

Use "portable" since that's what used in HF and technically it IS portable while it is NOT a plugin. TAHelper is a plugin.

There's no harm only as long as you keep it up to date, which you won't. Also, updating edict isn't as simple as replacing edict2.gz since TA doesn't use it. It uses edict2.gz.bin extracted from it instead, so you have to delete .gz.bin AND replace .gz to update Jparser.

Says to delete any other edict files that were in the folder now. Also, I can guarantee you that if someone isn't going to manually update the edict file themselves with the file in there and a link with instructions in the guide, then they wouldn't do it with the file not being in there beforehand.

Extract to TA folder (where the .exe is). You don't need these files in the default configuration if you use another text hooker like ITH or ITHVNR.

It worked in some older combination of TA and ATLAS reliable enough for the dev to make it default, then some time later it broke and remained unnoticed by the dev afterwards I'm guessing. Maybe the bundle should come with the default .ini with that option disabled and all others left intact. Ideally someone should report it to the dev though.

Finally got to finish NTRPG games yesterday, pixel animation was surprisingly hot but it's weird how the games don't feel NTR at all. Like, the way the story is written there is pretty none emotional link between the hero and Tiris\Filia\Marie so the game works more like voyeurpg instead. Second one was better in that regard but the first game was 100% like that, especially when you fuck Eric's sister while watching him fuck Tiris and actually increasing friendship with him. Moreover, both Eric and Libido never had any malice towards Leon so the game played out like them just fueling his voyeur fetish with the girl he didn't really care too much about (even if the story tried to force it anyway).

Second game was better in that regard but it still wasn't enough, so far no one did NTR better than THP. Like, in all three games the moment where I felt really NTR'd were Momo scenes in the first game. I hope NTRPG3 will deliver though, the concept and the execution were very good.

Are there any similar games? I mean not NTR aspect, but "going around doing things with pixel animation and little to none combat". No combat was so fresh, rpgmaker combat is usually so horrible that I alt+f4 from the game the moment I see frequent random encounters.

I cannot get the game in the OP to work. I keep getting some full screen error but when I change the game settings to run in full screen I only get a quarter of the game showing up on my monitor. I am on windows 10 and I have tried changing the compatibility and my own video settings to try and make it work but it just won't. Is anyone else having this problem?

You can't run it fullscreen.
It's a fugly attempt to implement widescreen in Ace DLL by hacking it in memory. It just does not work and will never work, deal with it.
