Well I dunno how much you'll have by then, but even with the fabled 95.7% chance of getting an SSR at 315 rolls aka 945 quartz, once you factor in the division between rate up and non rate up, assuming it's 70% chance, you'd end up with a mere 67% chance of getting her.

So 945 quartz is only 67% for Jannu Horta or well any rate up SSR that doesn't have to spare with anyone else. It'd be even shittier for those that do.

All party quests have a chance of dropping the Iri CE, but the good thing about the Atalanta party quest is that you can reset it quite effectively. This means you might want to save one of those for the last few days of the event and then started burning AP resetting it until you get the CE if you haven't had it drop while farming normally at that point.
