That's actually kinda smart, since Saber is the only class that has a minimum stat requirement to qualify for. That's one of the reasons redman is an archer and not a saber.

I never looked into it but I figured he was classified as Archer because of his similarity to Gil and then they could make a convenient link to him being in Archery Club instead of Kendo or some shit.

Which servant class is the worst overall?

To be fair, atalanta is weak in general. Even on a crit team she still hits like a we fucking noodle, and her NP does shit all for damage with barely anything gained for it otherwise, even against sabers. Her kit seems strong at first glance, and a lot of it synergizes well if you have a crit engine in the party, but she just doesn't deal the amount of damage she needs to to really be useful, especially compared to the other archers she has to compete against.

Emiya as an example is strong as fuck, especially after his later buffs, and Kuro is even better than that. nobu is welfare and she's miles better, albeit with some weird niches. And those are only 4* servants. Robin hood is 3* and he's miles better than atalanta.
