I had time enough to pull up a real-time chart and monitor OBV until i saw a reversal. In fact, shiba's early call is the only reason i had enough time to get in without being blind. So, while i encourage personal responsibility for individual actions, i generally agree with your sentiment re. helping each other out.

a free bodycam doesn't do anything without the system that supports it. this is a marketing play to get police departments to buy into the tasr system. think program, storage, support, etc. My guess is that the bodycam hardware is a cheap incentive.
