All stats are fucky, I'm new and I barely know what's going on but this site keeps telling me I'm in the top. I mean I'm getting plenty of gold but I get my ass kicked a lot of the time so I doubt that these are accurate.

Really, the only thing you can do is practice to improve your aim. You can make custom crosshairs to help but that's really the best you can do.

I'd say watching good players play those heroes help. I don't know any good Zen or Lucio pros from the top of my head, but it shouldn't take too long to fing if you use google.
