That image is a rough model done by Ray (the guy who models most of the warframes) during Prime Time #150. It's only a rough model, so it's nowhere near done

From my simulacrum testing, Madurai Seemed to boost damage by about 25% multiplicatively, at least for non-element added testing so far.

Slash DOTS were not increased in Simulacrum at least, when Madurai was in effect.

It's annoying to test because you have to exit and re-enter to deactivate Madurai bonus.

Adding Serration/Hornet Strike final numbers showed about a 25% increase.
