His buff skill have low duration, and thus he's all about blowing his load before exploding because he have no real defensive skill, in a meta where you need to deal consistent high damage over many turns and hp bars.

I hate how gold exp cards hardly do anything to level up a servants yet you never get one to drop besides at best silver exp.

The list for Quick memes is all over the place (I remember when the user post it, and he hastly copy pasted shit there). If you're going to put Merlin and Jalter on Quick, you're pretty much playing Buster meme already. The Buster servant I find most fitting for a Quick lineup is Gil due to his own capacity to generate stars with cards other than Quick, and his Quick card is very good too. Similar for Scathach, though she's already a Quick servant.
