This is what confuses me. Brave Roy is monstrous on offense. He does silly shit like snipe a dancer across the map turn one and gets away for free. He acts as a sniper that can either escape punishment or sweep up a team easily, Reinhardt isn't even a problem because he's just Galeforce fodder. As for Hector, it's not like you need a dedicated counter. Tons of people run Brave Lyn and she busts him and almost everyone else up.
