Why's Sans so angry about Alphys and Undyne holding hands
Michael Harris
Alright, so last thread we learned that the Player and Chara are connected and that even despite his physical weakness Sans is still every bit the super-powerful bad time bone-daddy that those vacuous skeletal fangirls claim he is.
Put 'em together and you get the Top 10 Anime Battles.
It's always "where is kiddo" and not "how is kiddo"
Isaac Stewart
He's got two albums and I have none. I'm so mad, dude.
Elijah Morales
Hi again.
You know the drill.
Evan Hill
As one Charafag to another: why do you like Chara?
Logan Wright
I want to show them the error of their ways and help them live a happy life that isn't driven by their anger and hatred.
Liam Cruz
The kiddo's well-being or lack thereof is implied by where he is, which is Sans's lair
Joshua Watson
...
Grayson Morales
>he Do not gender the kiddo
Caleb Fisher
Weird. I want the exact opposite.
Landon Hill
There is nothing to be found in the dark side but ruin, user. Don't allow your SOUL to be tainted by hatred for your whole life.
Adrian Myers
So I had another interesting theory about genocide, namely on Chara's disposition towards monsterkind during it. We know that when you attack a monster, your feelings toward that monster positively correlate to how much damage you'll inflict: the crueler your intentions, the higher the number. Furthermore, we know that genocide is supposed to take place after a true pacifist run, as Sans asks if you remember him and says that maybe, in a previous timeline, you might have been friends. The information genocide also provides pretty much spoils a lot of shit on pacifist, like Flowey being Asriel, which further solidifies it taking place after in a narrative context.
So what I'm basically getting down to is you oneshotting bosses is basically Chara showing their hatred towards them, people who you once considered friends. And this extends beyond their family, who'd they'd have cause to hate, but to Papyrus, Undyne and Mettaton.Perhaps they feel the same about this pathetic pacifism as I do.
Josiah Adams
>There is nothing to be found in the dark side but ruin, user Chara seems to disagree.
*negatively correlate
Austin Baker
Give me a better ending and I might reconsider.
Thomas Murphy
ECTOTALE: Everything is ecto
Luis Phillips
I'm not kiddo but the kiddo takes on characteristics of me who is controlling the kiddo therefore the kiddo is a he in my case
Juan Perez
I thought Sans was in control of the kiddo What good is a lair if you're not in control?
Josiah Nguyen
How is everyo- OH NO, user! WHAT'S THAT BEHIND YOU!?
Jason Murphy
Oh. That's just my action figure collection
Asher Phillips
It's only little bitty Alphys having a bit of fun. Nothing to be worried about.
Juan Murphy
Sounds right.

Why is Sans suddenly a Chav and dressed like somebody out of Kingdom Hearts?
Elijah Rodriguez
The spider a cute! CUTE!!!
Adam Phillips
Putting glue on the baby spider's hands when she's not looking! The baby spider gluing two of her pairs of hands together and gluing the last pair to her face! The baby spider crying!
Jose Nelson
But can the spider write imageboard software that actually works for once?!
Noah Butler
But can the Spider stop the Bizarro Spider from spreading an equal amount of anticute to match the Spider's cuteness energy!?
Dominic Wright
It's Epictale.

Hello. That other post wasn't mine. I think they're a very interesting Character. I like to believe the narrator theory to be right, and if it is so, it shows that a person's identity is determined by their maturing environment. No one's inherently good or bad, rather, while some do have personality traits that make them more inclined to either side, it is their surroundings and experiences that ultimately lead them to become their final self.
I also really like the trope they represent.
Xavier Brown
Ungluing the spider's hands with powerful glue solvent! Giving the spider a big hug! The spider being very happy! Sure! Everything made with love and cuteness is bound to be flawless! Of course she can! The evil bizarro spider stands no chance! Even if equal amoumts of energy meet, cuteness energy is destined to win every time!
Jace Moore

Isaac Clark
Powerful solvent too powerful; starts burning poor baby spider.
Lincoln Morgan
Baby spider very afraid of user! The spider crying!
Jonathan Adams
love your favorite
Liam Rodriguez
Oh, I do.
John Perez
Always.
Jackson Fisher
There is never a moment I stop loving them
Jason Cook
You and I could get along very well.
Cameron Moore
i does
Wyatt Foster
just don't murder everything
Joseph Baker
This is sans.
Nolan Bennett
That actually is the truth. When naming the fallen child, it's suggested that they have the player's name, and even though he might not be physically strong, it can't be denied that Sans is powerful.
Camden Morgan
The FUCK is that thing?
Gabriel Mitchell
It's sans!
Oliver Wright
I love this skeleton.
Chara's cool too. Although I can't say I'm a fan of the 'dindu' or 'pure evil' interpretations. I feel the 'flawed, but (deep... deep down) good' interpretation fits the most with Undertale's themes.
Joseph Ramirez
In humans, there is no such thing as purely good or evil, which is ironic, considering how prone people are to label things black or white.
Everything is a grayscale, and everyone becomes lighter or darker as they live life.
Samuel Butler
I'm frightened.
Josiah Roberts
Which is why the 'humans are evil racists' theme a lot of post-TP stories go with feel incredibly boring the more I see them. Then again, I've been feeling that way about it ever since it started dominating fantasy.
Jaxon Reed
>there is no such thing as purely good or evil I would argue there are some people who come quite close. But indeed, for the vast majority of people, that's true.
Similarly, I don't like how a lot of fics make it so that the fallen child always ends up as the evil and murderous one. I've seen it so much, it's just boring now.
Alexander Ramirez
I do not doubt there would be racist groups against Monsters, but they'd be mostly low-key, with a few murders here and there.
I think the world's governments would be very interested in harnessing magic, too.
Benjamin Carter
Actually, all humans are inherently good due to the supreme goodness of their creator. What we call evil is simply the corruption that humans have that diminishes their good. There can be no purely evil being because a being must have at least some good in it, again due to the supreme good of its creator. Should a being be wholly consumed by corruption, it is destroyed, as is the evil and corruption that inhabited it.
Michael Morris
Go take your Maccabeanism and other apostate notions out of here, Augustine
Jayden Peterson
This is a pretty good effort and I applaud it.
Leo Hall
>all humans are inherently good That's what I WANT to believe, but some people (who frequent this very board) make me feel otherwise.
Christian Nelson
Makes sense to me.
Eli James
Hope you all had a great day. I do love you.
Samuel Baker
What would you do if at the end of the TP run, Chara appeared instead of Asriel?
Lucas Rodriguez
...
William Jenkins
You mean as a final boss? I don't know, I need more information on the scenario.
Matthew Campbell
Just the same thing, just replace Asriel with Chara. And imagine they have their own edgy OC.
Would you still do TP normally?
Eli Rodriguez
Sure.
Dylan Fisher
I would do it more eagerly.
Mason Torres
Hey /utg/, it's Divegrass time soon(tm)! While last league's performance was our worst to date, we only just barely failed to get into the Round of 16! We'll have a chance to redeem ourselves, much to the annoyance and dismay of the other generals, soon enough, but only if we can get some positive interest in /utg/ making another showing for Veeky Forums League 9! Who's ready for some divegrass?
generals have to show proof of interest so pls respond
Cooper Baker
Yeah sure, it's an /utg/ tradition.
Elijah Bell
More Soccer memes? Good.
Isaiah Flores
Do it.
Luis Young
Hey everyone. Just giving you all a check in that everything's good here, just been incredibly busy. Once the semester ends I'm planning on buckling down and adding all (or mostly all) of the things that I've missed.
Daniel Cox
Nice. Thank you for your dedication. I think you'll find that some writefags have actually added several stories in the months that have passed.
