I need to go so I'll give you the things on the top of my head: Gear progression such as Transcendence locked behind time-gated dailies, no challenging PvE content past ET (which isn't challenging anymore), imbalances in PvP, and so on.
The biggest draw of the game for me is its class system, planning and testing builds (for PvP in my cause) is what I play this game for.
