You don't have to organize it in one go. Start slowly, one at a time. If you want to organize by character, just make a folder for one; Artoria, for example. Then move all your Artoria pictures into it, and make sure to save all new Artoria images to it. You don't have to do more than that initially, but it'll help matters. Then, later on, when the mood strikes, you do it for another character, and so on and so forth until your folders are neatly organized.

Extra has a really cool storyline, but the gameplay is a horrific grindfest that just isn't much fun. The boss fights aren't terrible, but you have to go through hundreds of normal fights to level up so you can beat each boss. If you want to play Extra, make sure to use a cheat engine so you can skip all the bullshit.
