you get the base victorious graves skin if you get gold in any ranked queue. each ranked queue also gives you its own special chroma so if you get gold in a queue you get a minimum of the base skin + one chroma.

I assume the purple one is for twisted treeline, don't know which other one is for solo and which is for flex.

If you're on a server that doesn't have a TT ranked queue then you instead get that chroma for having 50 ranked wins across the season.
