Spur Speed seal to stack with Drive Speed and Rally Speed/Res(or a plain Rally Speed if you prefer more fast).
Alternatively you can stack the Brash Assault seal with Desperation to double ranged and DC units regardless of speed/breakers, this works especially well with Defiant Attack 3 to beef up Blade Tome damage by 14 without needing an outside source.
