They reduced the firing rate of towers so every single siege tower will reach the walls now. Still probably impossible to lose as skaven, but slightly harder overall imo.

Why do you think empire has good infantry? I always viewed their infantry as complete trash. Shouldn't Dawi be in their place?

Spears would actually be much better at that, since you could pack a few dwarfs into a hallway with some spears and no one could get pass them. In general Dwarves in fantasy having axes is just a meme based on their nordic heritage,much like vikings using axes. The axe is actually a really shit weapon for a dwarf because of the lack of reach and their small stature, they'd be much better off using polearms and having a sword as a sidearm.

I went back to Welves the other day. And at least glade guard felt worse than Helf archers. It just feels like Helf archers kill shit much faster. And this is without any of the buffs they can get yet.

LSG + Helf Archers are better than anything Wood Elves can put in the field.

Both High Elves and Dark Elves have excellent infantry. Ingame and in the lore.

I don't understand why CA has done the release of ME this way.

It's not just that they didn't include Norsca or the 30th Anniversary RoRs, but they also failed to include the updates to the WH1 factions, they didn't bother to update the starting positions for WH1 factions either. It is frustrating that it feels like at the last minute they just grafted part of WH1 onto WH2. I don't even feel like playing ME at release because all of the old world factions feel like they're not updated, and we've played as the new factions in WH2 already.

They already fucked up by not having ME available at release. It makes no sense to rush it when they already missed the important timing window. The largest influx of players was at release, and if they already missed it then why rush to release it a few weeks later?

I would have much rather them waited another month and release a completed Mortal Empires campaign rather than this unfinished one we're getting now.

Dwarfs are small very strong, bulky and have short hands usually carrying a big shield that cover whole body

Only disadvantage is again, that they are small and short hands, give them spears and they have no disadvantage and become unstapeble killing mashing
