It's got a lot of weird things that won't be in rotation again for a while. It's pull worthy if you can use anything on it and the bottom tier things are even nice but it's definitely a support banner with some added versatility with Kefka and OK BSB.

Doesn't seem that great. Edward's USB is good, but I don't really see much that would be more than average.

Well, the upcoming Tactics banner is really pretty good. I was thinking it would have a date set now, but I can't find them at the moment. If you save for that, you won't be disappointed. You can probably do a pull or two in the meantime, but I would keep away from the renewal banners with a lot of stuff on them. XI and XV have a smaller relic pool if you're interested in those.
