Just got KoG with 2 losses legend 1+ with this if anyone's still in legend. Considering my promo was against 26 card peak performance using Twin Headed Behemoth who was also legend 3 I kind of doubt there's a point to this post though.

Honestly to me Battle City had more confusing rules than Duelist Kingdom, the battle phase was fucked up, your opponent could attack your monsters on YOUR battle phase, and dont even get me started on the rules regarding god cards, those cards literally bypass the fucking rules and do crazy shit like double battle phases, the anime fixed some of these weird rulings that originated in the manga, but still, while Battle City had more coherent base rules it also got more confusing

Kaz's characters from the original series had some nice depth to them that the dub completely castrated and replaced with POWER OF FRIENDSHIP faggotry

I'm just stating the fact that the rules the manga used became harder to follow in battle city because Kaz tried to have some sort of logic in the rules but always ended up fucking the rules up
