DRK is the worst of the tanks right now, but still viable for everything but ultimate coil. Healers are different based on prog and speedkills. Smn are a little weaker because its punishing to die, but I think all the other jobs are good

There's not enough people here capable of raiding so discussing that is out plus the raids that are out aren't something you need to discuss much, the game is 3 years old so the content people are able to to has been done, and the patch schedule coupled with the predictability of the patches all contribute to it.
