Just so everyone here knows some stuff Tillot has done:
Literally spent thousands of dollars on a mobile card game to get his waifu card and then instantly dropped the game because the devs changed the character's art.
Spent thousands on TERA to get fashion because he was too incompetent to play the game and earn the gold to buy them instead despite having access to Meishu's proxy and hacks long before any of them went public(and many which were never released.)
Spent thousands on PSO2 for the exact same reason. Somewhat justified when you take into account the amount of grind in that game to catch up.
Spent thousands on Second Life and somehow avoided anything sexual which I didn't even know was possible.
Berated members of MS/Dump who did not want to join him on his mobile game adventures because those games are garbage but as a whale he is blind to that.
Berated and burned bridges with anyone who approached Wallowy sexually despite the fact that Wallowy is actually a huge slut and he refuses to accept this.
Berated several people who did not understand his obsession with k-pop girl groups and even had to be muted in a discord channel because of how aggressively he defended them.
And much, much more. I don't know what's wrong with Tillot but if I had to guess they're either 1) a very lonely man with a lot of disposable income the he uses to buy fake happiness in the form of waifus and playing character dress-up or 2) some kind of neet or government leech who irresponsibly spends as much as he can on waifus and dress-up without driving himself into debt.
Whatever the case may be he comes off as intolerable to almost everyone who knows him and he seems outright uninterested in making any friends because that would distract him from his idols and 2D obsessions.
