Basically. That's the idea I got when Jeff mentioned "team uniforms". Seems like they're making the models easily recolorable to a 2-tone "uniform" so they don't have to make 20 different recolor skins for each character. It'll probably be an option in custom games maybe (big maybe) with customizable colors.

How is Ana "broken" in a bad way? She still has her piss jar of 4-in1, heals for a high amount, and has Sleep Dart. The only reason she's "bad" is because Mercy was turned into an overpowered mess and still has Rezz.

Blizzard can fix rez if they add a immobile cast time, longer you hold the key to rez the more health the character gets back when rezzing. Its a similar mechanic to how Battlefield does their defibrillator. There has to be drawbacks to her most powerful ability and I think something like this would really level her out compared to the other support.

Basically making characters like Widow and Hanzo her hard counter.
