If my midlane mage I'm playing is primarily focused on high map mobility and ganking can I justify taking mobis instead of sorcs and selling them for sorcs later?

Reminder that ReapereD is the most complete person to ever touch LoL (yeah, including Faker). Best at his role when he was at his prime, could play multiple roles, innovator and trendsetter in champ picks and builds, great in-game captain capable of the finest micromanagement LoL has ever seen, great drafter, a true charismatic leader outside of the game, very experienced analyst and coach. His only "flaw" is not being more selfish and relying too much on players that are not up to his calibre of excellence. A definition of "MVP" wherever he goes.
