Play storm haven with Aether, tech in a Tenko if you face too much aggro, you're done, when i get "Haven or Dragon" i pick Haven. Otherwise you can play arena, Haven is good in arena.

PDK having 3 defense is just too much, since you'd need to pre-evo her every time to get her out of 2pp removal territory. Having her within 3pp removal range is much more reasonable.
Sibyl's real problem is being able to trade into absolutely anything on curve and survive.

A 2pp do nothing is much worse than a 1pp do nothing you can fit in anytime your curve is slightly off. Card draw should come with a reasonable loss of tempo.
I agree that the main problem with Sibyl is her stats but I think it would be better if they just make her cost 6 pp.
