Again not true, many anons actually started JP F/GO late like in Babylonia, so those user missed out on many event and limited servants, NA offers them a chance to collect everything if they started from the beginning.

Cú is a Cockroach and has a survival build and a single target noble phantasm with death chance
Lancer Liz on the other hand is support with an aoe noble phantasm
It really depends what you need and what kind of team you are building

Her max ascend 'card' art goes back to the green outfit version, I've switched the battle sprite to the green outfit version, but the big menu sprite is still in the black outfit; is there even a way to change this?
