Just grab a Lvl. 90 Jeanne. Remember you have command seals.
If you somehow don't have those and won't get them in time, using a Quartz to revive and get a Lore is one of the very, very few times where it's absolutely worth it.

Because the animations are Version linked and its too much of a hassle for them to integrate them into the older versions of the game we got, and they can't give us the newer ones because those contain all the content already.

They already mentioned they will bring them faster, probably not including hassan, regend and camilla though.
I'd say mats since monuments are no longer impossible. Still you should try to get monuments for the strongest 5* or 4* you have and that is possible to ascend in ~3 weeks for the next event.
