I've played that game, and from little I could hook, I didn't get any NTR vibes from it, but I also didn't get far. How is the NTR in it?
Also, the loli was the only reason I bothered with it, but it looks like she doesn't get many scenes from the CG on panda, is that the case, or does it reuse CGs but have a bit of story to go with it?
I'd pick Nanahayo out of any NTR game to get translated, or Pick's other game.

Why do people dislike Melty's Quest? It has nice art, the gameplay albeit simple RPG Maker shit still does nothing wrong with the costume skills and the fact that you have an insta-death button (which to me is one of the best things ever if the game has GoR), the H-Scenes are nice and vary in fetishes, even if it doesn't have any hardcore fetishes like oneone1 with prolapse and crotch with scat, it still has watersports, gokkun, large insertions, pregnancy/birth and you have Netorare and Netorase. It has a pure route, a slut route and a bad end(I was actually quite sad that the Dark Meltys just had a bad end and that there were no way to join the big bad). It has slightly different artwork for two different stages of sluttiness. Also, it's translated, which saves the trouble of hooking MV.

And let's be honest, when was the last time we had a good moral degeneration game without NTR as the main point?

It has routes? Then I'm glad I dropped it, I was only there for the loli and I probably would have missed her scenes somehow. Might be worth a playthrough once it's translated though.
I did find the combat to be interesting with having to have the team in the right order to use the skills you need, so there's that.

It has a few proper games and a few mobile trash games. I've only played Hollow Fragment but it's a nice game if you enjoy grinding a wide array of bars into bigger numbers. I can only assume the other games are vaguely similar.

Translating isn't localizing, shit nugget. Localizing, if anything, is just a form of rewriting that considered acceptable when appreciate and in moderation when it comes to translating. But, it still isn't translating since you are using different words to the author and commonly, ignoring his intent because cultural equivalents are rare.

Localizing gets you doughnuts that look like rick cakes, if liberties are taken while doing it (which they will be), as localizing means to change the content and context to better fit the local you are releasing it in (even if that means to change the original intent).
Translating is trying to get the full intent across, without changing the content and context, but making things sound more fluid and natural in the language you are translating to.

Know what a translator note is? They aren't super scary things people should be avoiding, they are super useful for these sort of things. Vast majority of the time, you can fit those things in 10 words or otherwise link to something on the internet. Translating and localizing are two different things.

Yes, but that isn't the same thing in practice. most times those are changed due to trying to knock down repetition in dialog and what not (or jokes and puns, like name readings, which don't have an equivalent), not really to change the meaning of what is going on, or how characters interact due to their personalities.

You have to be careful to get that right though, and even AAA game localization fuck that up in favor of memes (i.e FE:Fates).
If someone is supposed to be a certain personality, then keep them that way, it may mean having to work on dialog till you get it right but it's better than making them into a completely different personality just because it's easier to write.
But I digress, my only real point was that translating and localizing are not one in the same as they have different goals.
