Reminder that we can't know if colored tails are a thing or not, because the only tailed saiyans we've ever seen all had black hair, and (in canon) no super saiyan had a tail. It's entirely possible that mutts with lighter hair colors could have differently colored tail fur.

Exactly like you did before, you just have to rename/move the file in the EAC folder that has x64 in the filename.

To be safe make a backup of your unmodded bin folder, so you don't have to worry about which files to remove or add later.

Pretty much. EAC came out, which completely disables mods. The guy who made the patcher was really mad, and announced he was quitting, saying that making a patcher that gets around EAC shouldn't be too hard, but he didn't want to do something that would benefit Bandai Namco (that is, making the game moddable) after the shit they pulled.
And since he's the one who makes and maintains the patcher as well as many modding tools, he's basically the one that's responsible for most XV modding.

It'd be neat if you could start combat in a transformation. Though everyone but saiyans should probably have some more, not shit transformations then.
