You can't really pinpoint which direction it's coming from, so most time I'll stay on the gen since I'm most likely gonna get dreamed anyways and it gives a bit more gen time

I could only ever really hide from him outside dreamland using premonition or being already hidden and seeing grass being disturbed as he walks/footstep nosies

God I wish we could get some competent devs to make a horror game for once. I'm one of the few survivors who is on the Killer's side when it come to pallet looping. I've always hated it and thought anyone who uses it is horrible at the game so they need baby easy tactics. But now there is a killer where your ONLY choice once found is to pallet loop. You try to actually lose him by juking or otherwise, you look like a fucking rank 20 scrub who just got the game because he can see you at all times. I can't run stealth builds anymore because half the time (or more) they'll be absolutely worthless perks because Freddy is so strong. Playing against him is boring mindless pallet to pallet snorefests. And not by choice

From your selection there I'd suggest:
Agitation, Brutal strength, Remember Me.

Freddy doesn't need aura skills like Deerstalker or Bitter murmur, and Distressing makes his Dream vision worse.

No One Escapes Death can potentially be a great pick but it's pretty useless until Tier 3.

Thrill of the hunt is only good if you want to try and protect hex totems, but without other hex perks its kinda pointless aside from the extra bp it gives.
