I just got out of an O1N run that had 2 WHMs who weren't healing. Charybdis went out and we never got one burst aoe, just medica 2 HOTs that were already in effect. Over half the group died. The same shit happened again a little later, except only 1/2 of us died the 2nd time.
Somehow we managed to clear in 1 pull, though.
