Eh, I've found it to be very entertaining. Definitely worth the price, at least for me.

Loved the music, but I had no desire to even try All Night. I didn't even know it existed until I looked at a guide and by the time I unlocked it, I had the plat.

Don't get me wrong, it's worth a single read if you are bored, it's just not the kind of vn you revisit. It's definitely not a vn you can discuss at any length. It's shallow fun pop entertainment.

The plot is pretty out there and characters do stupid things but I wouldn't put this to "read if you're bored" pile along with the likes of Root Letter. Definitely better than that. Heaven was definitely my least favorite and had no discernable rhythm by my ears, but the miku version was tons of fun to play. I recommend you go back to try all night if you liked the gameplay.

Maybe you and I have different standards, to me Root Letter isn't something I would waste my time with. I have a long list of confirmed kamige visual novels I want to read. I have never once revisited C;C or discussed it as much as vns like Sakura no Uta, Rewrite, Aiyoku no Eustia, YU-NO, DESIRE, Utawarerumono, Amagami, Photo Kano. It's a middle tier vn at most. Even games like toHeart2 are worth a revisit such as the ps3 version. I never felt the need to go back to C;C or even talk about it.

At the beginning I hold onto everything, but if I find that I have an abundance and never really had the need to use said items, I turn around and use them asap since it gives me more leeway.

If i see them stacking up I start going all out. Like having at least 5 of every item minimum for boss fights.

I tend to keep a reserve amount of items for basically everything in case something happens, and then use any bit above that stock as I like and such.

For you maybe, I think the suspense is amazing. When I think about C;H and C;C I actually recall the incidents more than the fan service part.

Not really sure what you are saying. I knew what I was getting into with C;C. My big issue isn't the fanservice it's the shitty contrived writing. Without the fanservice delusion scenes C;C is a bad visual novel.
