What to farm now?

B3.

Do B3 until you run out of fuel.

Then buy all those 2000 fuel gift packs and run it some more.

Even in the worst case scenario, that should net you enough points to buy Zuikaku, and as long as you don't waste fuel on anything else you might be able to scrape up enough points for the torpedo as well. Or if you don't need that, one of the other items, or just buy those 10 gold boxes.

I think the BB gun is pretty good? Might want to look into that.

You B3 shitters are gonna be even more behind with your week of farming blue shit plates while everyone at D3 will farm hundreds of purple plates and actually upgrade their equipment past 6.

this isnt great advice

each day there is a 3x bonus to drops the first time you run it, netting you a total of 720 per day for running each one once, or 10080 total for the event.

there are also 400 from dailies each day, netting another 5600 points

tldr you will probably get enough to buy everything useful with very minimal grinding as long as you do the daily bonuses

A1 isn't worth doing unless you can do something like 10 oil per fleet. Even with 3x multiplier it only give 30 tokens.

Ass loads isn't enough. I had tons from there but I still couldn't max the torpedo from the shop.

She exists mostly just to give you a couple of free repair packs and an extra ammo.

If you're carrying an overabundance of AA guns and are worried about planes, throw a couple on her and double down (or triple down...) on radars and she'll shoot up planes real good. For whatever that's worth. Typically shooting down planes in the back row is just wasted effort since it doesn't stop them from attacking.

3x a1 = 7.5 per fight
3x a2 = 12 per fight
3x a3 = 18 per fight
1x b3 = 13.3333 per fight

so unless you can spend ~ half as much fuel on your a1 fleet, don't do a1

a2 only need slightly cheaper fleet to be worth it, and a3 is always worth it

The event enemies feel about twice as strong as they report to be (i.e. the level 40 enemies feel like they should be level 80)
