Canonically, no. Ikora is shown using Void abilities, is identified as also being able to Harness Arc and it is implied she dabbled in Solar. Probably more Then dabbled. Zavala is shown using both Arc and Void. Cayde is most often shown as a Gunslinger but has used Arc abilities.

Also, Sunsinger, Bladedancer, and Defender still exist in the universe. Arcstrider predates the Red War.

Titan armor is probably the best in game at the moment but it's not great. Serviceable overall.
