I want it on my next build but I don't want to farm Adepts again. My idea is running it and Whirligig on a BL100 Str build. It looks very fun, not sure how it fares in PvP. I saw Faye using it in a FC.

Don't even bother with the Cutter, go straight for the Whirly. It hits like a truck in PvP, and is much more fun to use.

I was going to use the Church Cannon, and switching to club mode with the Whirly is like a dead giveaway that I'm going to shoot, so in those cases I was going to use the Cutter. Unless it's simply too bad... but yes, the Whirly was going to be my main weapon for straightforward PvP combat and boss killing.

Realistically it's more like 98-117

98 is a meme. Go any level you want as long as it's not over 120

98 for purists but I have gone on my 120 and they still treated me well. 120 is the absolute maximum though, and if you are making a new build for it I recommend 98.

80-120 for FCs, our meta is 98

Keep in mind Reiter's BLT scaling is bad and it requires a good amount of Skill to do damage. It's more of a Skill weapon that shoots than a Blt one.

Max your skill, raise bloodtinge to meet the minimum reqs for equipping the weapons. Equip gems to max out the physical damage. The bloodtinge damage isn't really worth it. And drop the Evelyn for the Repeater, Evelyn is a trap option that isn't worth the investment.

Confused about lost, uncanny, ect and blood gems in general, was just looking for some guidance. Haven't played in over a year.

The 1h moveset has slashes in the r1 string, 1h running attacks are slashes too, but all the important attacks are thrusts so I gemmed mine accordingly.

Any weapon with a circle slot is best for BLT since it's one less offshape you have to farm.
