I'm still pissed about no chameleos. That monster had so much potential for the ecosystems of Worlds.

Not many volcano dwellers there for the inevitable lava area, unless more than half of the monsters we've seen all go there. Plus a severe lack of lightning and water based monsters for their weapons of the appropriate element.

If that list is even remotely legit I doubt it's a complete one. Especially with ONLY Kirin, Uragaan, and the fish listed as having a subspecies besides the Raths, that's just weird.

And when the hell have we seen the Rath recolors or Black Diablos in World?

X/XX are capped at 30 even on the n3ds (which anyone sane plays on) and even with the hack to force them to use the additional system resources frequently dip sub-20. If you play singleplayer, 4U spends most of the time around 50. It also has objectively better graphics. X/XX are made for o3ds AND badly optimised even then.

How would you know? You've never played it on n3ds or you'd know otherwise.

4U runs better on New3ds. XX/X is optimized for both systems so it runs at 30 fps locked whereas you can notice a framedrop in 4U which is very far from bad. Now, all of you can fuck off.

Thing is, x/xx are capped at 30 but still spend most of the time below that regardless of system. They actually stay close to 30 but still have drops if you use cfw and force them to use the extra L2 cache and full system clocks on n3ds.

Overclocking doesn't work or benefit every game.

Yes, they changed mounting in Gen/XX to where any damage done by other hunters contributes to the mount instead of towards any trips or breaks, indicated by blue sparks when the monster is hit.

You're free to attack mounted monsters.

Never stop attacking the monster during someone else's mount.
Problem is that when the hunter is holding R you typically can't approach the enraged monster since you'll get swatted away.

If you gun then go nuts.

Yeah, but you're likely to get hit trying to do so and barely contribute to the mount gauge so you're better off just sharpening still. Mostly just keeps shitters from ruining mounts like they constantly did in 4U. This does not apply if you're a gunner, they can build the gauge insanely fast by attacking a mounted monster and obviously do so from a distance so they can't get hit.

So switch to normal 1 and speed it up?
