Alright, draft 1 of the Pangolier script edit is done. Far as I can tell, it kind of works. I have not tested it in matchmade games yet. You might need to do some fuckery to get it running in those. It works fine in custom or hero demo mode.
I also need to figure out a workaround for the wait command.

It comes down to whether its abusable or not. Someone who abandons before first blood is unlikey to have any idea of how the game is going to go and therefore can't abandon so that the rest of his team 'don't get a loss'. However someone afking in base and it resulting in a match not counting could easily be abused if a person knows they aren't going to win.
