I’ve been trying really hard to do this after falling asleep at 3 AM every night for a few weeks. I want to make myself go to bed around 12 at the latest. So far I’ve been somewhat successful, I’m not longer sleeping at 3 and I’m in bed a little after 12, but I still have trouble falling asleep.
