Not really. But the stuff that is detailed is enough to make the scene very impactful. At least for me.

Death Mark is likely due to EXP regularly localizing what they make on top of decent sales from everything (relatively), and them spreading the JP videos around the english followers they have asking how they think of it. This doesn't even mention Death Mark getting a PS4 and Switch port with more scenarios, which will be given to the Vita version for free to equal each other.

They won't if it does get localized. EXP president said in an interview about dg2 that they won't drop support for the Vita for now as the Vita fanbase ws full of passionate people who supported EXP significantly. It was an answer to the question "Why did you make a vita version of dg2 and not a switch one or just make it a ps4 exclusive". He added that he may move to Switch if that's where the fanbase goes, but for now the Vita isn't going anywhere.

tl;dr exp likes vita and its fans, and the one who would be localizing it would be nisa (who are also supportive) so the chance of it being left behind is low.
