Nah it's really underwhelming. It doesn't give you sustain, it just reduces your costs slightly. You still need to go Bloodstone first.

You can detour into Kaya after, but that's delaying your Orchid or Linkens or Shivas. All of which give you more mana or more damage. Storm is bursty. It's not about how long you can stay, it's about how quick you can kill them.

Kaya only affects the activate cost of Storm's ulti. It does nothing for the travel cost. Now you know, 2k shitlord.

The activate cost is still the bulk when you're in a fight, 3k brainlet. There's literally no reason to be adding distance beyond tiny bursts to close distance if your opponent is somehow getting away despite you having one of the best single-target disables in the game.

He's exactly the same as before except now he's better at pushing and feeds the enemy a tiny bit more gold than before. I
It can make a difference but the skellies do Basic damage and only hit for 35 or so. You can get the talent. They're good for splitpushing to a degree, but they're uncontrolled so unless you pop them in front of tower they're no good for actually splitpushing.
