The disparity between some colleges and others is still huge. Some are still running early 2000s speeds in their dorms while others are up to speed with the latest.

Not likely, it's typically just one guy and it requires a unanimous vote so the groups smart enough to use mics will quickly come to an agreement about sending them to the brig. As a player who frequently groups up with 2 other XBL friends this will be a godsend, usually we just agree to join a new server if someone keeps anchoring us or won't get off the wheel
