Riot’s balance team are idiots. PtA actually has a really bad design and hopefully riot realizes this and redesigns it.

Lethal Tempo has a better design but PtA’s numbers are just better so it’s going to fall to the wayside.

Because PtA forces you to continuously attack a single target and most ADCs can't afford to focus down a target and have to opportunistically attack any enemy out of position.
