None of the heroes who needed nerfs got nerfed and now Bane makes me wish I was fighting a Necro Pugna Veno lineup because at least you can fight around their cool downs early on.

not him, but for lvl 4 aura to have the same effect as before, I think you need 50 int and as aura was usually best for low mana strength heroes this seems pretty bad
also jungle camps spawn 30 seconds later, combined with the exp reduction from last patch her early game is pretty shit

oh, yeah, they've been fucking over her early jungle for ages. not sure when they last reduced jungle camp XP but that was a big hit, and increasing her frostbite mana cost kind of sucks
