People won't know what hit them. I'm gonna miss getting 22hp per level from runes alone, I was tempted to try replacing my MR glyphs for even more HP because I don't build a whole lot of HP items in lane and I end up with 200-300 armor/mr depending on the game, I'm pretty sure I'd get more effective HP by swapping out those runes.

Mpen from runes doesn't outweight MR from runes so unless you were previously facing people who don't rune MR runes you'll be better off now, plus the buffed mpen items on the PBE.
