It's a team effort and your teammates will continually let you down time after time. They'll leave before getting there, won't know how to do their role, want to switch, not play the meta, will be literally incapable of CHADC and anything else they can think of to screw you out of a kill. It takes 20 minutes if you assemble the Avengers, it takes 4+ hours with the people who populate BA.

it's pretty easy to tell who the shitters are, if you keep pairing yourself with them then you are the shitter
