I am skeptical about that because it does seem like OWL has taken quite a bit of effort from coders, that they might not have been able to make content.
Also the build hype by saying nothing would be a first for the Oerwatch marketing strategy.

Yeah, that was 2010, when the only games Blizzard had on the market were the soon-to-be-released WoW: Cataclysm and the just-released SC2:WoL.

They currently have six games on the market and several other unannounced projects in "incubation." There will be stuff to show off.

Besides, Overwatch has had regular content drops and is about due for the next hero, based on the previous release schedules.

And even if they're not ready to release the next hero, there's no reason to think that they wouldn't have major stuff planned to reveal at Blizzcon, literally their highest profile promotional venue. They won't have this level of viewership again until Gamescom 2018 at the earliest, since they don't attend E3.

Advice from the gods

The number of throwers are growing. Today I was teamed up with two other throwers on attack

Do the "butt-jump." When you're mid-air turn away from Widow so your head is covered by your body. Then turn around just before landing.

Also, flick your mouse back and forth often. It'll shake your head back and forth. You don't need to be perfectly trained on Widow to use Tesla so use this to protect your critical hitbox.

Try not approaching her head-on. And if you're that bad with Winston then switch to Widow yourself and shoot her Mercy then her.
