To get that initial CDR. If we get caught out, I usually swap boots, if not, I just let it go. The 10% reduction on summoner spells is pretty nice.

And yes, that's heal, not exhaust, I don't personally like carrying it, I find it easier to either burst heal late game or use the heal early on to save my ADC/jungler if my W heal is on CD.
