Well it's separate processes, you'd commission a 3D modeler/sculptor to give you an .obj file or whatever then you use a 3d printing service to print it for you, you'd have to paint it yourself though, cost is mostly going to depend on how detailed you want it and how big you want it

also amiibos generally are really high quality for their size
