All we know about Moira's kit so far.
>The range on her beams are fairly decent, maybe about 15-20 meters
>Her damaging beam heals herself
>Her healing is limited to a resource
>Her resource recharges very slowly
>Her resource charges faster whenever you deal damage
>Her ball ability is on a 10s cooldown and you can choose between a healing or a damaging ball
>She can disappear and reappear, practically a shorter and faster travel time of Reaper's Wraith Form
>Her ultimate is piercing beam of healing and damage, stronger than Mercy's healing beam

All in all, seems like a pretty solid kit. What we don't know are the actual numbers to these and that she has the same hard counters as Symmetra.

I think she was the previous Reaper. They have the same shadow step abilities. She also has life drain IN the game. Reaper has never used any life drain abilities in the game or in the cinematics.
