You'd probably find a cia before it gets added to that site though. You can do this by searching the game's name (in Japanese) along with certain keywords in quotes like "cia" or "pan.baidu" which is a Chinese upload site.

Did you install the update? It doesn't work with the update. Also, don't use it for the first playthrough. Save the cheats for NG+. Trust me. It's more fun that way.

I mean I played through the game 3 times and I don't remember there being any dialogue in the cutscenes. The opening thing has a few lines that aren't subtitled but that's just about it.
Try using the linked NTR plugin before trying the whole new cia. Also you can use the save editor as suggested
