Forge of Light - Summon a forge of light, enabling Blacksmithing. Blacksmithing skill increased by 10.
Demonbane - Experience gains from killing beasts increased by 20%.
Holy Resistance - Reduce Holy damage taken by 1%.
Final Verdict - When you die the Light avenges you, dealing 1,162 Holy damage to enemies within 8 yards and healing allies for 1,383.

I'm not for or against classic servers, I'm just tired of how much posting is being done by people who haven't played Vanilla. Last thread we had people talking about system features that weren't added until TBC or later, people thinking pvp gear had resilience in Vanilla, not knowing what the debuff cap was, not knowing hots didn't always stack, thinking the gap between hybrid and pure dps wasn't that big and you could easily get raid spots as hybrid dps if you were "good." All of these people pretended to play Vanilla. I get that it's Veeky Forums and the purpose of every general is just to piss people off but at least don't out yourself as an idiot. Nothing is more exhausting to read than bad trolling

This expansion could have been really, really cool if it wasn't so undeveloped.
Imagine if you could actually conquer and take over enemy zones and had dailies and other systems in place to establish supply lines, build up defenses in your territories, build up your armies. Imagine raiding enemy settlements for resources or starving out fortresses by cutting off supply lines. Warfronts but PvPvE and on a massive scale.
There would be an inherent motivation in just painting the map red or blue, and on top of that you could earn cool rewards like mounts, titles, or faction-wide buffs like loot chance and exp gains for driving deep into enemy territory and capturing their territory, even taking capital cities. People would be co-ordinating war efforts on websites and stuff. It would really drive home the horde vs alliance theme since that's what this expansion is all about. There would be a lot of content for both PvPers and PvE players who don't want to get involved in PvP. It would also be a great opportunity to expand on the world questing system.
Seems like they were too scared to innovate and do anything interesting. I can't believe all we've got are these shitty islands and warfronts and more of the same (dungeons, raids). Really disappointing and just feels like filler content in between the next expansion. They have such a good set up to take advantage of.

As someone who didn't play vanilla but played on elysium and cleared all the raids that were there before servers got fucked up I can say that there is almost nothing to do.
And PvP is boring as fuck because you play in a BG vs at least 8 hunters.
Enjoy being oom as a caster permanently because you will get 3 viper stings just as you get in their range. And getting mana back either takes long time or is expensive as fuck.
