Yeah you got it, but remember that some boss souls and what have you can be worth some money on higher slotted weapons, more so on units. You could also use higher rarity weapons as fodder for grinding. Also a slim chance a 12 star might be worth money.

You can get some from the battle arena. Wearing certain costumes can net you some too. They're called star gems.

generally no since outside areas like ult boosted periods , shit dies too fast for the 10% bonus to really be felt
techers and moment gale happy bo's usually take care of infllicting debuffs as it is

No problem man. I didn't mention it, because I wasn't sure, someone can correct me, but you can get some from the casino and the challenge mode as well. Also they give out some tickets every now and then.

Nice one, but please don't screw up your mag, make sure it's filled on 1 single atk stat (X撃力).

Its hard to really fit it but unless you are deadset on using noble consider replacing flict with gix sfactor sentence power which is a bit better than it
otherwise replace noble with it and save yourself a couple of millions

Your best bet is to find an English team and join them.

The battle arena is accessed at the main counter where you would do quests. To get to it go to the lady at hte counter and select the third from the bottom on the first page.

Even if you're not summoner you might want to pick it up later for the class boost at 75. You could use an all class weapon to do that but if you do want to try the class at some point i'd suggest getting the highest level eggs of each type you get and adding them to your pet slot. Once you do that just feed all the eggs you get from then on to them to level up the pets and increase their stats(they also gain new skills at lv20/40 etc). I use to think I wouldn't ever enjoy summoner but once I tried it, it wasn't so bad. Rather it's a bit regretful I wasted so many eggs selling them or not picking them.

Those discs teach you new attacks, if they're greyed out then that means you lack the requirements to learn it/need to level up until you can use it
